Set of patches for OpenBSD 3.2 kernel and ifconfig to allow change of link-level address (eg. MAC address on the Ethernet) of a given network interface.
Adds new ioctl() command SIOCSIFLLADDR (known as SIOCSIFHWADDR on Linux).
Adds new parameter lladdr for ifconfig.
I've took these patches from FreeBSD and modified for OpenBSD appropriately.
NOTE: not all ethernet cards are capable to change their MAC address!
